- • Senior Controller at Solar Landscape LLC, a leading commercial rooftop solar developer, responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic growth in a fast-paced, mission-driven clean energy company.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing month-end close, preparing financial statements, overseeing accounts payable/receivable, coordinating audits, maintaining internal controls, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions across multiple states.
- • Solar Landscape is a high-growth, values-driven company headquartered in Asbury Park, NJ, with offices in Chicago, Baltimore, and NYC, operating in over a dozen states and recognized nationally for innovation in distributed solar generation.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in corporate finance within the renewable energy sector, lead financial process improvements, and contribute directly to scaling a company that is reshaping U.S. energy infrastructure through solar power.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting or corporate controller roles
- • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes
- • Experience managing multi-state operations and intercompany accounting
- • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise) and advanced Excel
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong attention to detail
