• • As Senior Controller – Business & Performance, you will be the analytical force behind Glow25’s profitability management, ensuring sustainable growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and refining contribution margin analyses, developing KPI structures and dashboards, supporting pricing and marketing efficiency analyses, and acting as a trusted business partner to Marketing and Sales by translating financial data into actionable recommendations.
