📋 Description
- • As Senior Controller – Business & Performance, you will be the analytical force behind Glow25’s profitability management, ensuring sustainable growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and refining contribution margin analyses, developing KPI structures and dashboards, supporting pricing and marketing efficiency analyses, and acting as a trusted business partner to Marketing and Sales by translating financial data into actionable recommendations.
- • Glow25 is a rapidly growing Berlin-based Beauty & Pro Aging company with a mission to create ‘Glow-Moments’ — fostering confidence and inner beauty. The company values inspiration, joy, and purpose in work, and has been recognized as a Top Company on Kununu for five consecutive years.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in profitability steering, BI tools, and business partnering, while actively shaping finance processes and contributing to Glow25’s fast-close initiative and finance project roadmap.
