  • • As a Senior Corporate Account Executive at Okta, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the small to medium-sized business (SMB) sector. This pivotal role involves managing a dedicated territory, focusing on both acquiring new logos and nurturing existing customer relationships to foster expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to consistently generate pipeline, identify key decision-makers within target accounts, and build a robust network of C-suite executives and stakeholders.
  • • Your primary objective will be to consistently meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets, demonstrating a deep understanding of Okta's value proposition and its ability to enhance security and drive business growth for our clients.
  • • This role demands a proactive and consultative approach, where you will evangelize, educate, and create demand for Okta's sophisticated enterprise SaaS products by presenting compelling solutions tailored to the unique needs of each prospect.
  • • You will navigate complex sales cycles, effectively managing multiple stakeholders on both the customer side and within Okta's internal ecosystem, ensuring alignment and driving deals to successful closure.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to leverage Okta's extensive partner ecosystem, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), to identify and capitalize on new, often uncharted, business opportunities.
  • • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with internal Okta teams, such as Extended Sales Development Representatives (xDRs), Presales Engineers, and Customer First teams, will be crucial for success.
  • • You will adopt and consistently apply a value-based sales methodology, such as MEDDPICC, to ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs and to articulate the tangible business outcomes Okta delivers.
  • • This position requires a significant amount of travel to build and cultivate strong relationships with customers and prospects, ensuring a high level of engagement and trust.
  • • You will be expected to conduct professional and effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits, representing Okta with the highest standards of integrity and expertise.
  • • The role involves scoping, negotiating, and closing complex agreements, requiring strong commercial acumen and the ability to articulate the return on investment for Okta's solutions.
