• • Senior Corporate Paralegal for Legal Operations at Wrike, Inc., a leading work management platform, responsible for bridging substantive legal execution and departmental strategy to ensure the legal team remains 'deal-ready' through robust operational infrastructure.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing executive legal support to the General Counsel and leadership team, leading the selection and optimization of legal tech stack (CLM, e-billing, entity management), managing global corporate governance lifecycle, driving process engineering across Legal, Finance, HR, and Sales, overseeing budget and vendor management for outside counsel, and maintaining organized knowledge management systems for audit and transaction readiness.
