- • Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) specializing in oncology trials for Syneos Health, a leading fully-integrated life sciences services organization dedicated to accelerating drug development and commercialization.
- • Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, management, and close-out visits (on-site or remote) ensuring regulatory compliance with ICH-GCP, GPP, and protocol requirements; evaluates site performance and escalates serious issues promptly.
- • Works within Syneos Health’s Clinical Solutions team, collaborating with passionate problem solvers in a Functional Service Provider or Full-Service environment to support client success across the drug development continuum.
- • Gains expertise in oncology clinical trial monitoring, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and project coordination while developing leadership skills through mentoring junior CRAs and supporting audit readiness.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- • Experience as a CRA in oncology trials
- • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- • Fluency in German and English
- • Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
