- • As a Senior Creative Strategist at Humana Inc., you will drive enterprise creative strategy and marketing excellence for a carrier-agnostic brokerage brand, directly influencing member acquisition and engagement through data-driven, tech-enabled communications.
- • Day to day, you will lead creative strategy for an agile POD, oversee customer-centric campaign development, collaborate with internal and external agency teams, ensure brand-aligned deliverables, and foster agile workflows through constructive critique and cross-functional partnership.
- • You will join The Hive, Humana’s in-house creative agency based in Louisville, KY, which operates as a collective dedicated to creating meaningful brand expression that influences choice and motivates change across the enterprise.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in performance marketing and agile methodologies, strengthen leadership presence by presenting to senior leadership, and contribute to measurable business growth through innovative, strategy-first creative solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher in creative, marketing, communications, business or related field
- • 5+ years of marketing experience with mastery of advertising fundamentals including branding, planning, positioning, and strategy
- • 2+ years of advertising or internal agency experience
- • Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
- • Ability to identify solutions that generate measurable results
- • Independent self-starter with extreme attention to detail
- • Ability to present to and influence senior leadership
- • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
