This role is pivotal in scaling Kit's creator partnerships by driving sales, closing deals, and fostering strong relationships within the creator economy. Kit operates as a 100% independent and 100% remote company, fostering an adaptable and innovative culture that thoughtfully embraces AI in both product development and hiring practices.
  • • In this quota-carrying individual contributor role, you will be responsible for closing deals across various pipeline sources, including inbound leads, self-sourced outbound efforts, and opportunities generated through talent agencies and management companies. A significant aspect of your day-to-day will involve representing Kit at key industry events and prospect meetings, engaging directly with creators to demonstrate how Kit can significantly enhance their business operations. You will also play a crucial role in deepening relationships with agency partners, conducting educational sessions for managers and talent teams, and actively promoting Kit's premium tier, Creator Pro. This involves articulating the value of advanced features such as attribution and cohort reporting, Subscriber Signals, A/B testing, dynamic send times, and premium integrations, positioning Kit as the professional-grade platform for serious creators and driving expansion revenue through Pro upgrades.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to managing assigned accounts, effectively converting product-qualified leads, engaging high-value accounts identified through account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, and leveraging your network of agency partners to surface new opportunities. A key focus will be on generating a consistent and healthy outbound pipeline, ensuring a robust flow of potential clients. You will be expected to work closely with Marketing, Support, Creator Growth, Ads, Deliverability, Migrations, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive and successful client experience. The onboarding process will involve diving into Kit's product, meeting the team, and gaining access to essential sales tools like HubSpot, pipeline dashboards, and GTM tools such as Gong and Intercom. You will shadow active deals and agency partner calls to gain immediate insight into ongoing operations and begin learning Kit's product suite, pricing, and positioning within the broader creator economy.
  • • Within your first month, you will take ownership of a set of open opportunities, focusing on closing deals and identifying Creator Pro upgrade opportunities within existing pipelines and among new prospects. You will also begin building your outbound target list and establishing the necessary systems to support your sales efforts, with the goal of closing key opportunities within your first quarter. By the end of your first six months, the expectation is that you will consistently meet or exceed your personal quota. This period will also involve traveling a few times per quarter to attend conferences, creator events, and conduct in-person meetings, further solidifying partner relationships and surfacing new opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the migrations and creator growth teams to ensure seamless handoffs and optimal creator outcomes. Within your first year, you will have established a track record of consistently exceeding quota, with Creator Pro contributing a significantly larger portion of your closed deals. You will have cultivated trusted relationships with agencies and managers who proactively bring opportunities to Kit, and built valuable connections at key creator economy events that translate directly into revenue impact. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of creator monetization and marketing by being at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota as a top-performing individual contributor.
  • • Full-cycle B2B SaaS selling experience, including proficiency in discovery, objection handling, and building urgency without being pushy.
  • • Experience selling to SMBs, mid-market buyers, and/or creator teams, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment.
  • • AI fluency in sales workflows, demonstrating the ability to leverage AI tools for research, personalization, and deal preparation.
  • • Creator-obsessed mindset with a genuine passion for helping creators build sustainable businesses and a strong understanding of the creator economy landscape.
