- • Senior Credit Analyst role at Every.io, Inc., a Series A startup reimagining back-office operations for startups with an all-in-one platform for finance, compliance, HR, and more.
- • Review inbound charge card applications, make approve/decline/manual review recommendations, handle edge cases, document decisioning rationale, and manage application queue for tight turnaround times.
- • Apply and refine underwriting criteria, analyze repayment data to spot patterns, help build decisioning criteria, and flag anomalies, fraud signals, and high-risk patterns to leadership.
- • Track portfolio performance (delinquency, payment failures, ACH returns, loss trends), surface early warning signals, produce regular reporting on portfolio health, and support compliance with ECOA, Fair Lending, and NACHA.
- • Partner with product and engineering on credit tooling, work with operations on collections and disputes, and contribute to vendor evaluations for credit bureaus, bank data providers, and fraud tools.
- • Join a fast-growing, YC and Redpoint-backed team building a world-class credit function from 0-1, working directly with leadership to shape responsible credit scaling.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in credit analysis, underwriting, or credit risk at a fintech, bank, or credit union
- • Hands-on experience reviewing and decisioning corporate charge card applications (consumer card experience alone insufficient)
- • Strong analytical skills, comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets
- • Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume queue with accuracy and speed
