📋 Description

• As a Senior Credit Analyst at Monzo Bank Limited, you will play a critical role in shaping the credit strategy for the Flex credit card product, ensuring sustainable, profitable, and responsible growth by balancing risk, commercial performance, and customer experience.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and refining credit underwriting and limit strategies, analysing portfolio performance (arrears, utilisation, revenue, losses, vintage curves), building and interpreting NPV and profitability models, developing segmentation frameworks, leading analytical deep-dives into portfolio trends, partnering with Product and Engineering teams to test new features, evaluating commercial and customer impact of pricing and eligibility decisions, presenting structured recommendations to senior stakeholders, and supporting regulatory and governance requirements.
• You will work within Monzo’s rapidly growing Borrowing business, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Risk & Control teams in a high-impact, cross-functional environment focused on innovative credit card offerings like Flex, which provides customers with visibility and control over spending through flexible instalment plans and instant app management.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in credit risk modelling, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making while contributing to a mission-driven organisation that aims to make money work for everyone through transparent, customer-centric financial products and award-winning service.

• Salary range of £76,500 to £95,000 + Incentive Awards tied to performance
