- • As a Senior CRM & Email Marketing Manager at GotPhoto, you will be instrumental in transforming our lead database into a robust pipeline of sales-ready opportunities. Your primary focus will be on owning and optimizing the middle and bottom of the sales funnel, designing and implementing sophisticated strategies that nurture new leads from initial interest to becoming paying customers, and re-engaging dormant leads to drive significant revenue growth.
- • You will architect automated customer acquisition journeys, meticulously crafting the logic and content to educate prospects, address their potential objections, and accelerate the sales cycle. This involves a deep understanding of lead behavior and a data-driven approach to conversion optimization.
- • A key responsibility will be to conduct a thorough audit of our existing database of cold and dormant leads. Based on this audit, you will develop and deploy high-impact re-engagement campaigns designed to reactivate these leads and bring them back into the active sales cycle, directly contributing to our growth objectives.
- • You will implement multi-stage personalization strategies, tailoring communication based on the lead's entry point into our system (e.g., webinar attendance, whitepaper download). This ensures that every follow-up communication feels highly relevant, timely, and compelling, increasing the likelihood of conversion.
- • A core element of your role will be continuous conversion testing. You will relentlessly iterate on calls-to-action (CTAs), landing page designs, and email subject lines and content, with the singular goal of maximizing the lead-to-customer conversion rate.
- • You will also focus on Account-Based Qualification and Growth, identifying critical drop-off points within the sales funnel. By pinpointing these "growth leaks," you will develop targeted re-engagement or win-back strategies to recapture lost opportunities.
- • Implementing intent-based scoring will be crucial. You will define the specific behavioral and firmographic triggers that indicate a lead is sales-ready, ensuring a seamless and efficient handoff to the sales team.
- • Maintaining database health is paramount. You will oversee the logical structure of our data, ensuring we collect the most relevant information to fuel your campaigns. This includes upholding high standards for GDPR compliance and email deliverability to protect our sender reputation.
- • You will drive data enrichment initiatives, identifying gaps in our lead data and implementing strategies, potentially including AI tools, to provide the sales team with the comprehensive context they need to close deals effectively.
- • You will lead the creative and strategic direction for a variety of marketing initiatives, from one-off promotional pushes and regular newsletters to seasonal campaigns and ongoing automated nurture tracks.
- • Leveraging AI will be a key component of your strategy, enabling you to scale personalized messaging and ensure that each lead feels as though they are receiving a one-to-one conversation with GotPhoto.
- • You will be responsible for robust performance reporting, tracking key metrics such as funnel velocity, conversion rates by source, and the direct impact of CRM and email marketing efforts on new customer acquisition.
- • This role requires a deep technical proficiency with HubSpot, where you will be expected to build complex workflows, custom views, and reports, making the platform work efficiently for our marketing goals.
- • You will operate with a Senior Individual Contributor (IC) mindset, defining strategy while also enjoying the hands-on execution of building campaigns and sending communications.
- • A strong sales-minded approach is essential; you must understand that the ultimate goal is revenue generation, not just engagement metrics.
- • You will embrace AI as a tool to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, from drafting copy variations to analyzing complex lead behavior patterns.
- • Collaboration is key; you will work closely with a dedicated technical partner for backend integrations, as well as other internal functions, to develop relevant and impactful content for our target audience.
