- • Support the Head of Global CRM in developing and executing the Advertising CRM strategy across UK and growth markets, focusing on customer segmentation and commercial planning.
- • Ensure Advertising Team objectives are prioritised and integrated into the Global Marketing Calendar, aligning CRM initiatives with broader commercial goals.
- • Collaborate with local CRM Managers, Advertising, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate campaign execution and calendar alignment across global markets.
- • Define and standardise processes and ways of working between the CRM and Advertising teams to improve efficiency and consistency across Deliveroo’s international operations.
- • Manage the day-to-day BAU CRM calendar, including end-to-end creation, deployment, and timely delivery of email and push-notification campaigns.
- • Design, deploy, and own local experiments to identify and scale CRM best practices, testing new triggers, lifecycle journeys, and communication channels.
- • Perform data targeting, segmentation, and analysis to inform campaign personalisation, using data to drive decision-making and optimise customer experiences.
- • Pull, manipulate, and interpret customer data to support campaign execution and performance tracking, ensuring insights directly influence future strategy.
- • Proactively communicate with stakeholders via Slack and other channels to manage workloads, deadlines, and resource allocation across global teams.
- • Drive test-and-learn initiatives to optimise email templates, channel content, and customer messaging, creating and recommending industry-leading CRM best practices.
- • Conduct comprehensive post-campaign reporting, extracting key learnings and actionable insights to guide iterative improvements and future campaign ideation.
- • Work within a hybrid model, spending a minimum of three days per week at Deliveroo’s London HQ to collaborate in person with global and local teams.
- • Leverage AI-driven tools and data to accelerate campaign velocity while maintaining high personalisation standards for advertising audiences.
- • Act as a technical CRM marketer who uses metrics immediately after campaign sends to inform real-time adjustments and long-term strategy.
- • Bring innovative ideas to kick-off meetings, grounded in data insights and creative inspiration to enhance customer delight and campaign performance.
- • Maintain HTML familiarity to understand and implement necessary changes in campaign templates without requiring technical support.
- • Use data visualisation platforms to interpret campaign performance and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
- • Contribute to the central CRM team’s mission of expanding the subscriber base through personalised, best-in-class customer experiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business, or strong relevant experience
- • Minimum of 2–3 years of CRM experience
- • CRM deployment experience (Braze preferred)
- • HTML familiarity (ability to understand and modify campaign templates)
- • SQL experience (bonus)
- • Data visualisation tool experience (Looker preferred)
