- • The Senior CRM Manager at Envato leads the company’s CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, playing a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through data-informed email marketing and personalized customer journeys. This role is critical to Envato’s mission of empowering creatives by ensuring they receive timely, relevant, and valuable communications that enhance their experience with Envato’s ecosystem of digital assets, AI tools, and educational content.
- • The person will own the end-to-end CRM content strategy, including audience segmentation, campaign planning, execution, and continuous optimization across email and other lifecycle channels. They will leverage customer data and behavioral insights to design targeted, high-impact campaigns that align with Envato’s growth objectives while maintaining brand consistency and relevance. Daily responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion, LTV), conducting A/B tests, refining segmentation models, and collaborating with analytics teams to uncover actionable insights that inform future strategy.
- • The role involves leading and developing a team of CRM specialists, providing mentorship, setting clear goals, and fostering a culture of experimentation and customer-centricity. The Senior CRM Manager will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Data, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM initiatives into broader product launches, promotional calendars, and customer experience programs. They will also work with external agencies and vendors as needed to scale campaign production and innovation.
