- • Perform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover high-impact opportunities.
- • Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate vision and maintain brand integrity.
- • Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment.
- • Maintain uncompromising attention to detail and quality throughout the process.
- • Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor, making confident scaling decisions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven CRO Results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.
- • Design Sensibility: Strong UI/UX understanding, able to create compelling, detailed mockups.
- • Analytical Expertise: Skilled in platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Growthbook (or similar).
- • Execution Excellence: Remarkable attention to detail with a bias for action in fast-moving environments.
- • Ownership Mentality: Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable being fully accountable for performance outcomes.
- • Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator with strong English skills (written and spoken).
