- • Deliver a measurable 15% conversion rate growth per quarter through data-driven strategies and execution.
- • Perform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify high-impact optimization opportunities.
- • Design high-fidelity UI/UX mockups that communicate optimization vision clearly while maintaining brand integrity.
- • Collaborate directly with engineering teams to ensure accurate and flawless implementation of A/B tests and feature changes.
- • Analyze test outcomes using statistical rigor to determine significance and make confident decisions on scaling winning variants.
- • Document learnings from each test and build a systematic, scalable testing roadmap for continuous conversion growth.
- • Present insights and performance results clearly to stakeholders to build alignment, drive buy-in, and maintain momentum.
- • Maintain uncompromising attention to detail and quality across all phases of the optimization process.
- • Own full accountability for conversion performance outcomes, with compensation directly tied to exceeding KPI targets.

- • Drive optimization initiatives across subscription and SaaS funnels with documented history of performance lifts.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience with documented performance lifts, ideally in subscription or SaaS funnels
- • Strong UI/UX design ability to create detailed, high-quality mockups
- • Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Growthbook
- • Exceptional attention to detail and bias for action in fast-paced environments
- • Full ownership mentality with accountability for performance outcomes
- • Fluent written and spoken English
