  • • Senior Customer Account Specialist role focused on establishing, building, and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with assigned Trust Accounting clients while providing full-service reconciliation for escrow and title partners.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include comparing financial records such as ledgers and bank statements, identifying discrepancies, investigating and resolving inconsistencies, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • • 5-7 years of directly relevant reconciliation, accounting, or audit work experience, with mortgage or title insurance industry preferred
  • • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn custom applications
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • • Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with financial software
