- • As a Senior Customer Finance Analyst at Prompt, you will be a key driver of scalability within the finance department, going beyond transaction management to lead process optimization and automation initiatives that support rapid growth in healthcare technology.
- • You will act as a subject matter expert in complex billing logic, ensuring 100% accuracy in invoicing and financial data integrity while translating technical issues into clear communication for stakeholders and leadership.
- • Day to day, you will oversee the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle, perform root-cause analysis on billing discrepancies, audit and validate customer agreements, create customer accounts, and manage high-priority customer financial inquiries with cross-functional collaboration.
- • You will maintain customer master data integrity, support ERP migrations and system integrations, and help design automated solutions in NetSuite/QuickBooks and tools like HubSpot and SpotDraft to eliminate workflow bottlenecks.
- • You will partner with the Customer Finance Lead to create standardized training documentation and contribute to ad-hoc projects that strengthen financial operations for future team growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Revenue Operations with senior-level ownership expected
- • Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and QuickBooks, plus expert Excel/Google Sheets skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling
