  • • LucidLink Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing US-based remote team. This pivotal role is instrumental in transforming real customer successes into compelling narratives and tangible proof points that empower prospects to make confident purchasing decisions and help existing customers maximize their value from LucidLink.
  • • As the owner of the end-to-end customer storytelling pipeline, you will be responsible for capturing the essence of how our customers implement and utilize LucidLink. Your expertise will be crucial in translating these workflows into impactful case studies, engaging video stories, and persuasive sales-ready proof assets that highlight the transformative power of our cloud-based technology.
  • • You will forge strong partnerships with our Account Management team, meticulously mapping and supporting the entire customer journey. This includes guiding customers from the initial closed-won stage through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion, ensuring their success at every touchpoint.
  • • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work hand-in-hand with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Product teams. Your efforts will ensure that customer outcomes and success stories are consistently and effectively integrated across all marketing campaigns, sales conversations, and customer education initiatives, reinforcing LucidLink's value proposition.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of strong storytelling instincts and a genuine technical curiosity. You must be adept at understanding complex customer workflows and translating intricate technical details into clear, resonant narratives that captivate both enterprise buyers and technical evaluators. This ability to bridge the technical and the narrative is fundamental to the success of this position.
  • • **Key Responsibilities include:**
  • • **Customer Storytelling Excellence:** Lead the entire pipeline for creating high-impact customer stories. This encompasses developing detailed case studies, capturing impactful quotes, producing engaging video narratives, and crafting compelling web stories. A critical component of this responsibility is the meticulous capture of before-and-after metrics to quantitatively demonstrate the tangible impact LucidLink has on customer operations and success.
  • • **Empowering Revenue Teams with Customer Proof:** Systematically package all generated customer stories into readily usable, sales-ready assets. This includes creating comprehensive proof packs, persuasive slide decks, and concise briefs. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining a meticulously tagged, searchable system of record, ensuring that marketing and sales teams can easily access and leverage this valuable customer proof.
  • • **Enhancing the Customer Journey and Adoption:** Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to map out the customer journey in detail. Based on this understanding, you will develop milestone-based content strategies and assets designed to support customers effectively during onboarding, drive deeper adoption of LucidLink's features, facilitate successful renewals, and encourage expansion opportunities.
  • • **Building Credibility and Market Recognition:** Actively support initiatives aimed at strengthening LucidLink's market credibility. This includes assisting with award submissions, providing robust customer proof points for analyst reports, and facilitating customer nominations for industry recognition, thereby elevating our brand's standing.
  • • **Within the first 90 days, you are expected to:**
  • • Deliver a comprehensive customer journey map, clearly defining critical "moments that matter" and ensuring alignment with the Account Management team's strategic objectives.
  • • Publish 1-2 high-credibility customer stories, with a specific focus on including at least one video-first workflow story to showcase dynamic customer use cases.
  • • Establish a streamlined, yet effective, customer proof system of record. This includes implementing robust tagging, secure storage solutions, and generating an initial usage report to track the effectiveness of the proof assets.
  • • Launch the first set of sales-ready proof packs, strategically aligned with LucidLink's priority industries or key customer personas, to immediately equip the sales team with compelling evidence.
  • • This role is specifically designed for individuals passionate about customer advocacy and tangible proof creation. It is not suited for those whose primary focus is on email lifecycle marketing, CRM campaigns, brand-focused content, or community management without a strong emphasis on producing concrete storytelling assets. A willingness to learn and engage with technical workflows and infrastructure products is essential, as is a comfort level with operating autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
