- • Lead strategic customer relationship initiatives for Dun & Bradstreet’s digital audiences, ensuring long-term client retention and growth through data-driven engagement.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise clients, building trusted advisory relationships to understand their business objectives and align Dun & Bradstreet’s solutions to their needs.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver tailored digital audience solutions that drive client success and measurable ROI.
- • Develop and execute customized onboarding and adoption plans for new clients, ensuring seamless integration of Dun & Bradstreet’s data and analytics platforms into their workflows.
- • Monitor client health metrics and proactively identify at-risk accounts, implementing retention strategies to reduce churn and increase lifetime value.
- • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and uncover upsell or cross-sell opportunities within the digital audience product suite.
- • Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that empower clients to optimize their marketing, sales, and risk management strategies.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems, ensuring all interactions, agreements, and outcomes are documented for internal alignment and reporting.
- • Represent Dun & Bradstreet at industry events, webinars, and client forums to strengthen brand presence and foster thought leadership in digital audience targeting.
- • Stay current on market trends, competitive offerings, and evolving digital advertising standards to provide clients with forward-looking advice and strategic positioning.
- • Partner with sales teams to transition new clients from acquisition to retention phases, ensuring continuity of service and alignment with post-sale expectations.
- • Drive client satisfaction through consistent communication, responsiveness, and a commitment to exceeding service-level agreements.
- • Contribute to the development of best practices, playbooks, and training materials to scale customer success across the digital audiences portfolio.
- • Support internal initiatives to improve product usability and client experience based on direct feedback from enterprise clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 7 years of experience in customer relationship management, account management, or client success within a B2B SaaS or data analytics environment
- • Proven track record managing enterprise-level clients with complex data-driven products
- • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, audience targeting, and data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR)
- • Demonstrated ability to analyze client data and translate insights into strategic business recommendations
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience conducting executive-level client reviews
- • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools
