• • In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating closely with our Sales teams to deeply understand customer challenges and objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to lead comprehensive technical discovery sessions, meticulously defining clear, measurable success criteria for each POV engagement. This involves a thorough assessment of the customer's existing enterprise environments, which may span on-premises infrastructure, various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and complex hybrid architectures. You will delve into the intricacies of their storage solutions, file systems, Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks, overarching security postures, and critical compliance mandates.
• • A core function of your role will be to architect innovative solutions that effectively address the challenges of unstructured data. This includes designing systems for efficient data scanning, precise classification, and the crucial preparation of data to be 'AI-ready.' You will be responsible for developing architectures that ensure data quality, accessibility, and governance are optimized for downstream AI and machine learning initiatives. Your expertise will bridge the gap between complex technical infrastructure and the strategic goals of AI adoption.
• • You will bring these solutions to life through compelling, tailored demonstrations and insightful technical presentations. Your audience will vary, ranging from deep-technical architects and security specialists to key business stakeholders and executive leadership. The ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner, tailored to the specific audience, is paramount. You will showcase how our solutions can address their unique pain points and deliver tangible business value.
• • Leading end-to-end POV execution is a critical aspect of this role. This hands-on component involves managing the installation and configuration of our solutions within customer environments, orchestrating necessary integrations with existing systems, and meticulously validating the outcomes against the pre-defined success criteria. You will be comfortable navigating the practicalities of deployment, ensuring a smooth and effective implementation.
• • Throughout the POV lifecycle, you will be adept at troubleshooting any deployment or performance issues that arise. Your focus will be on not only resolving technical challenges but also on rigorously validating the measurable value delivered by the solution. This includes quantifying improvements in accuracy, throughput, and demonstrating the direct business impact achieved. Your ability to connect technical performance with business outcomes will be key to customer success.
• • Post-POV, you will play a crucial role in supporting the transition to production environments. This involves creating comprehensive documentation, facilitating a smooth handoff to internal support and engineering teams, and proactively identifying opportunities for solution expansion and further customer engagement. You will act as a champion for the customer's long-term success with our technology.
• • This role demands a proactive, self-starter mentality, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. You must be highly proficient with remote collaboration tools and platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana, demonstrating a track record of successful remote work, ideally with US or UK-based companies. Your technical acumen, combined with your communication and problem-solving skills, will be essential in driving customer success and contributing to Hangar Aviation Technologies' growth.
