- • Dataminr is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Senior Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team, focusing on the International Public Sector market. This role is pivotal in ensuring our public sector clients, particularly in policing and broader public safety, achieve maximum value from Dataminr's revolutionary AI-powered intelligence platform. You will act as a crucial bridge between our clients and our product, deeply understanding their unique missions and operational challenges to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction. Your expertise in detailed record-keeping, maintaining scalable processes, and advocating for customer needs will directly contribute to our company's ambitious growth plans and our mission to transform how public sector organizations leverage real-time information for critical decision-making.
- • In this role, you will become an expert on Dataminr’s First Alert platform, developing a profound understanding of publicly available information and social media analytics use cases relevant to public sector operations. A core responsibility will be to gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer’s mission, operating environment, and operational processes. This deep insight will enable you to design and implement tailored programs that seamlessly integrate Dataminr into their existing workflows, ensuring maximum utility and impact. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong, effective client relationships, serving as a trusted thought partner who can guide them through the complexities of leveraging AI for intelligence. This involves developing a nuanced understanding of customer use cases, internal decision-making processes, and other critical information necessary for effectively managing and growing these key accounts. A significant part of your day-to-day will involve conducting regular quarterly customer reviews to meticulously assess service and product quality, ensuring it remains exemplary. 🎯 Requirements
- • Experience working with or in the UK public sector, with knowledge and/or experience of publicly available information and social media analysis within public sector organisations, particularly policing, law enforcement, emergency management, or related operational environments.
- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, plus 2-4 years of client-facing or product experience, ideally in the public sector vertical.
- • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent project management skills, a strong focus on client experience, and the ability to manage multiple competing projects and deadlines with a high level of accountability. Must be able to think on your feet and problem-solve in real-time.
- • Tech-savvy approach with the ability to learn new software and CRM tools; SaaS or other technology-related experience is a plus.
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 35%) and possess the appropriate UK security clearance (or ability to obtain it) in order to operate within public sector organisations.
