📋 Description
- • Senior Customer Success Manager role focused on managing post-sale relationships for Pano AI’s wildfire detection platform, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving expansion opportunities in a mission-driven climate tech company.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with Operations for hardware installations, managing account health, presenting strategic findings to clients, collaborating with Sales on renewals and expansions, and contributing to product development through client feedback.
- • Pano AI is a 175+ person hybrid-remote growth-stage startup headquartered in San Francisco, recognized as a leader in early wildfire detection using AI, IoT, and satellite data, serving government and enterprise customers across 16 U.S. states, five Australian states, and British Columbia.
- • The role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in SaaS account management, influence product direction, work with Fortune 1000 clients, and contribute meaningfully to climate adaptation and disaster preparedness efforts.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS or BA degree; MBA, MS, or relevant experience preferred
- • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in technology consulting or account management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
- • Proven ability to manage Fortune 1000 or 7-figure+ recurring revenue accounts and drive optimal solutions
- • Skilled in direct customer interaction, presentation delivery, and building robust client relationships
- • Experience in cross-functional, fast-paced environments with strong project management and attention to detail
- • Passion for environmental issues and willingness to travel 10–20% of the time
