  • • As a Senior Customer Success Manager for the Southern region at MagicSchool Inc., you will lead strategic partnerships with major school districts to ensure the company's generative AI platform reduces teacher burnout and accelerates student learning at scale. This role is critical to MagicSchool’s mission of driving real social impact in education by empowering educators with innovative AI tools, and your work will directly influence retention, expansion, and long-term success of high-value accounts across GA, SC, NC, AL, TN, and LA.
  • • You will own and grow a multimillion-dollar portfolio of school and district relationships, managing end-to-end enterprise implementations, driving pilot conversions, and ensuring high product adoption through tailored training, scalable support materials, and consultative engagement. Your day-to-day will involve project-managing complex rollouts across multi-stakeholder hierarchies, identifying at-risk accounts, executing 90-day intervention playbooks to mitigate churn, and building deep trust with district executives through data-driven storytelling and strategic relationship management. You will also mentor junior team members, contribute to the Customer Success playbook, and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate regional impact.
