- • As a Senior Customer Support Engineer at NetBox Labs, you serve as the technical partner and trusted advisor to customers, helping them derive real value from NetBox and the broader product suite by understanding their network environments and business goals.
- • Day to day, you will build deep familiarity with customer environments, participate in architecture reviews and business reviews alongside Customer Success Managers, translate network management goals into NetBox workflows, diagnose and resolve technical issues across installation, configuration, integrations, and upgrades, manage the full post-sale technical lifecycle, and escalate proactively when revenue, stability, or customer trust are at risk.
- • You will work closely with Customer Success Managers, TechOps, Product, and Engineering teams, reporting to the CSE Manager, and collaborate on surfacing customer feedback, building runbooks, identifying support patterns, and improving processes or product based on customer insights.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in NetBox, networking, and automation, earn customer trust as a technical advisor, influence product direction through actionable feedback, and strengthen your skills in issue resolution, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
