- • As a Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics (a Danaher Corporation operating company), you will provide advanced technical support to customers in life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology, resolving hardware, software, assay, and training-related issues via phone, email, and video conference in a 24/7 support environment.
- • Day to day, you will independently resolve complex and routine technical issues, mentor peers, distinguish between hardware, reagent, and software problems, handle escalations, and dispatch appropriate resources while maintaining high standards of customer service and technical accuracy.
- • You will join the Customer Technical Support Organization (CTSO) team based in Miami, working fully remotely on 2nd shift (10:00 AM–2:00 PM ET), contributing to a global leader in clinical diagnostics that runs over one million tests per hour worldwide, impacting 1.2 billion patients annually.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in biomedical instrumentation, strengthen customer relationship management, gain experience with Danaher’s Business System of continuous improvement, and develop leadership skills through peer mentoring and escalation resolution.
🎯 Requirements
- • Associate, vocational, or equivalent degree in biology, clinical lab science, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or chemistry AND 3+ years of lab or field experience
- • Ability to clearly articulate and provide directions over the phone or via email
- • Willingness and ability to work weekends
