- • As a Senior CX Marketing Consultant at Huble, you will be instrumental in driving client growth and transforming their digital marketing performance. This pivotal role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders to architect, implement, and rigorously optimize digital marketing programs, with a strong emphasis on leveraging the HubSpot platform and complementary technologies to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- • You will serve as a trusted advisor, leading discovery sessions and workshops to deeply understand client needs, processes, and strategic objectives. This involves conducting thorough market and competitor research to identify key opportunities and challenges, translating complex or ambiguous requirements into actionable strategies, and defining clear success criteria.
- • A core responsibility is to architect comprehensive marketing processes and digital marketing strategies, providing strategic guidance across critical areas such as digital marketing, demand generation, lead nurturing, brand strategy, and lead scoring. Your expertise will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and the practical execution of marketing technology.
- • In terms of technology operation and delivery, you will act as the client's strategic guide, helping them translate strategy into action by designing and managing the systems that enable scalable execution. This includes operating and managing key HubSpot Marketing & Content Hub features like emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs, blogs, social media, ads, and reporting tools.
- • You will also work with complementary platforms and Martech tools, such as DemandBase, developing and implementing marketing data requirements, personalization logic, and robust marketing reporting frameworks. Your input will be crucial for marketing business requirements related to data migrations and imports, and you will conduct proof-of-concept exercises to validate campaign effectiveness.
- • Bringing visibility and insight to marketing performance through integrated data and analytics is paramount. You will develop and maintain comprehensive reporting across various technology solutions, build dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), performance metrics, and return on investment (ROI).
- • Analyzing these reports to generate actionable insights and recommendations will be a key part of your role, supporting the evolution of marketing goals and forecasts based on performance data. Driving excellence in reporting through deep knowledge of HubSpot's capabilities and marketing analytics best practices is expected.
- • You will own the quality assurance and change management process, proactively monitoring and facilitating the adoption of new strategies and systems. This includes leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for marketing processes and campaigns, conducting peer reviews, and coordinating client demonstrations.
- • Developing and executing change management and adoption strategies is critical, encompassing training, clinics, newsletters, video tutorials, and champion programs. You will create and maintain training documentation and monitor adoption through reports and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
- • Proactive collaboration and delivery are essential. You will host internal and external workshops, align stakeholders, and collaborate with specialist roles to deliver integrated solutions. Contributing to project planning, identifying dependencies, resources, and timelines, and taking ownership of relevant metrics, including accurate documentation and timesheet recording, will be part of your daily activities.
- • You will be expected to achieve 100% of Huble’s chargeable target for your role, demonstrating efficiency and effectiveness in your client engagements.
- • Innovation is deeply embedded in Huble's culture. You will continuously track and master the latest industry strategies, emerging technologies, and process innovations in digital marketing and transformation. You will proactively contribute to Huble's internal knowledge base, helping to evolve propositions, frameworks, and best practices.
- • Leading by example, you will train and upskill peers on new tools, emerging AI capabilities, and innovative methodologies. Building your personal professional profile within the HubSpot ecosystem through thought leadership is encouraged, while always safeguarding Huble's intellectual property.
- • In scoping and commercial partnership, you will play a crucial role in the sales cycle, partnering with Account Directors. This involves participating in pre-sales discovery workshops, identifying opportunities and solutions aligned with client objectives, and assisting in defining scope, estimating effort, and identifying dependencies using frameworks like MoSCoW.
- • You will contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring clear communication of assumptions, risks, and dependencies. Supporting the handover process to delivery teams and continuously refining scope and estimates through progressive elaboration will ensure successful project transitions and accurate budgeting.
