  • • As a Senior CX Marketing Consultant at Huble, a globally recognized HubSpot partner and digital business & CRM consultancy, you will be instrumental in elevating our clients' Customer Experience (CX) performance. You will spearhead the implementation of best-in-class CX processes, strategies, and enabling technologies, ensuring our clients achieve their business objectives through CRM-driven transformation.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the critical gap between high-level business strategy and effective CX execution. This involves deep collaboration with clients to meticulously analyze, optimize, and innovate their existing CX processes and strategies, leveraging the power of the HubSpot platform and other complementary technologies.
  • • You will be tasked with designing and executing cutting-edge marketing strategies and frameworks tailored to the unique demands of each client. A core focus will be ensuring exceptional client satisfaction throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, from initial strategy development to ongoing optimization.
  • • A key part of your role will involve the initial setup and training for clients, working closely with Solution Architects to configure and deploy tools post-architecture completion. This hands-on approach ensures a smooth transition and empowers clients to effectively utilize new technologies.
  • • You will act as a continuous consultant, proactively managing a dynamic wish list of client needs and strategic goals. This requires a forward-thinking approach to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • • You will take direct ownership of integration projects, contributing significantly from both a Marketing and CX perspective. This ensures that technology solutions are seamlessly integrated and aligned with client business objectives.
  • • A critical function of this role is to conduct thorough technology audits, providing actionable recommendations on how clients can adopt marketing and technology best practices. This includes assessing current systems and identifying areas for enhancement.
  • • You will be responsible for ensuring integrated reporting across all implemented tech solutions, enabling robust closed-loop reporting. This involves verifying that integrations effectively meet reporting criteria and provide valuable business insights.
  • • Staying ahead of the curve is paramount; you will continuously research and communicate new technology products, emerging features, and changes to existing functionalities within the marketing technology landscape. This knowledge will be shared with clients to ensure they remain competitive.
  • • You will provide expert guidance on leveraging technology features specifically for marketing and relevant communications, helping clients maximize their ROI from their technology investments.
