📋 Description
- • As a Senior CX Marketing Consultant at Huble, you will play a pivotal role in transforming clients' customer experience performance by designing and executing cutting-edge marketing strategies and frameworks that anticipate and meet unique client demands, ensuring exceptional satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include initial setup and training for clients post-solution architecture, providing continuous consultancy by managing client wish lists, leading integration projects from a marketing and CX perspective, conducting technology audits to recommend best practices, ensuring integrated reporting for closed-loop insights, staying current with evolving marketing technologies, and advising on leveraging platform features for marketing and communications.
- • Huble is a HubSpot 2024 Global Partner of the Year and an Elite HubSpot Partner, specializing as a digital business and CRM consultancy that helps mid-sized to global enterprise clients scale and optimize sales, marketing, and service operations through strategic, creative consulting and advanced technology solutions.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in CX strategy, HubSpot and CRM platforms, cross-functional team leadership, client-facing consulting, and technology-driven marketing transformation, while developing leadership and mentorship skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in a client-facing consulting or specialist role within a digital agency or consultancy
- • Solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketo
- • Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including driving workshops and executive discussions
- • Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior consultants
- • Strong business acumen and ability to conduct engaging presentations
- • Hands-on experience with online marketing tools, methodologies, and practices
- • Familiarity with agile marketing and ability to adapt to changing processes
- • Solid understanding of Inbound Marketing and Customer Experience (CX) Marketing
- • Technical proficiency and ability to quickly grasp the technology stack
- • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and new sales enablement technologies
- • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
