- • Serve as a key member of the Product Analytics team, driving data best practices and enhancing the technical foundations of analytics infrastructure at LUXCLUSIF.
- • Deliver actionable, data-driven insights that directly inform product decisions for tech-driven luxury resale platforms used by global brands, retailers, and individual customers.
- • Partner closely with the Data Engineering team to centralize and standardize business logic across data models, ensuring consistency and accuracy in reporting and analytics.
- • Optimize existing data models to improve performance, scalability, and governance of analytics products used across global operations.
- • Lead the evolution of the self-service data environment, empowering non-technical stakeholders to access, explore, and interpret key metrics independently.
- • Collaborate with power users across verticals including operations, logistics, quality control, and sales to understand their analytical needs and translate them into robust data solutions.
- • Ensure all analytics products remain performant under high-volume data loads from global warehouses and customer interactions.
- • Maintain strict data governance standards to uphold data quality, lineage, and compliance across all reporting and analytical outputs.
- • Identify gaps in current data infrastructure and propose scalable technical solutions to support the company’s rapid global expansion.
- • Document data definitions, transformation rules, and analytical methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity across teams.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to product managers and engineering leads, providing clear, evidence-based recommendations grounded in data analysis.
- • Monitor key performance indicators related to product usage, customer behavior, inventory turnover, and logistics efficiency to drive continuous improvement.
- • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer critical business questions and support strategic initiatives across the luxury resale value chain.
- • Stay current with industry trends in data analytics, data modeling, and self-service BI tools to recommend innovations that enhance team capabilities.
- • Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences through clear visualizations, reports, and storytelling techniques.
- • Contribute to the development of KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives for product teams and operational units.
- • Support the integration of new data sources from global warehouses and technology systems into the centralized analytics environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst in a technology-driven or e-commerce environment
- • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling and optimization
- • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain self-service analytics platforms
- • Experience collaborating with Data Engineering teams to improve data infrastructure
