- • Senior Data Analyst role at Tremendous Inc., a global platform enabling businesses to send payouts worldwide, trusted by 20,000 organizations including Atlassian, MIT, and United Way.
- • The role involves partnering with internal stakeholders across Product, Finance, and Customer Success to build reliable, AI-powered data access through trusted data models and semantic layer development.
- • Tremendous is a profitable, fully remote company with a high-documentation, low-meeting culture, boasting an employee NPS in the high 80s and no outside investors.
- • The Data Analyst will contribute to data-informed decision-making, improve team processes, and help scale the data team’s collaboration and culture while working on impactful business insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • Sophisticated SQL skills with a focus on well-architected data models, query performance optimization, and documented code.
- • Proficiency with at least one visualization & BI platform (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Mode).
- • Strong verbal and communication skills to articulate technical decisions and business impact to stakeholders and senior leaders.
- • Comfort working alongside AI tools and critically evaluating AI-generated output.
- • Experience with dbt, Sigma, and Snowflake (bonus).
- • Experience in Python or R (bonus).
