📋 Description
- • Partner with business stakeholders to design and deploy AI-powered analytics solutions that transform complex healthcare data into actionable, decision-ready intelligence for commercial, operations, and sales teams.
- • Build dynamic dashboards and decision-support applications using Power BI and Power Platform to enable real-time insights and performance tracking across IDNs, facilities, and commercial segments.
- • Leverage large language models (LLMs) and AI agents to synthesize structured and unstructured healthcare data into context-rich insights, enhancing automation and scalability of analytical workflows.
- • Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based approaches to ensure AI-driven outcomes are accurate, explainable, and aligned with business objectives in a regulated healthcare environment.
- • Utilize cloud data platforms including Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake to develop advanced analytics and AI use cases while maintaining strict compliance with data governance and patient privacy standards.
- • Translate complex datasets into clear, executive-ready business narratives that directly inform commercial strategy, growth initiatives, and operational performance improvements.
- • Identify and automate insights generation through AI-enabled workflows and intelligent agents to reduce manual reporting and increase analytical throughput.
- • Evaluate and select optimal AI models (e.g., Claude, GPT) based on trade-offs in accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost for specific use cases such as summarization, reasoning, and automation.
- • Ensure all analytical outputs align with healthcare KPIs and regulatory requirements, maintaining data integrity and trust across sensitive patient and commercial datasets.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to embed data-driven decision-making into core business processes while adhering to corporate security and compliance policies.
- • Travel up to 15% of the time to attend team meetings, strategic planning sessions, and key stakeholder engagements as required.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree and seven (7) years of experience in a data analytics role OR High school/ GED and 11 years of experience in a data analytics role
- • Four (4) years of experience working with SQL, data analysis, AI/ML concepts, and BI tools
- • One (1) year of hands-on experience building AI agents and applying AI in business use cases
- • One (1) year of hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Fabric, Snowflake, etc.)
- • Three (3) years of experience translating data into business insights and executive-ready storytelling
