- • As a Senior Data Analyst at adjoe, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of programmatic advertising by transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive revenue optimization and strategic decision-making across global markets. Your work will directly impact how adjoe’s intelligent bidding system and ad network perform in real time, ensuring maximum value for app publishers and advertisers alike.
- • You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and machine learning teams to analyze vast datasets from ad impressions, user interactions, and conversion events, enabling data-driven improvements to adjoe’s Playtime, Arcade, and adjoe Ads platforms.
- • Extract, clean, and validate large-scale datasets from multiple sources including ad servers, SDKs, and third-party analytics platforms using SQL and Python.
- • Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards and data pipelines that track key performance indicators such as eCPM, fill rate, conversion probability, and lifetime value (LTV) across global regions.
- • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities in real-time bidding (RTB) performance, user engagement, and ad relevance metrics.
- • Build predictive models and statistical frameworks to forecast campaign outcomes and support the machine learning team in refining bid optimization algorithms.
- • Partner with product managers to define success metrics for new features and A/B tests, ensuring rigorous experimental design and statistically sound conclusions.
- • Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations, presentations, and written reports, influencing product roadmap and business strategy.

🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, including experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- • Proven track record of building and maintaining automated data pipelines and reporting systems in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- • Strong understanding of statistical concepts, A/B testing methodology, and predictive modeling techniques applied to business problems.
- • Experience working with large datasets (100M+ rows) and familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
- • Familiarity with digital advertising metrics (eCPM, CTR, CVR, LTV, fill rate) and/or experience in ad tech, mobile analytics, or programmatic advertising is a strong plus.
