- • Partner with Revenue, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights that drive data-informed decision-making across GTM and Finance functions.
- • Own the development, maintenance, and improvement of dashboards and self-service analytics tools to provide trusted, real-time visibility into business performance metrics.
- • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and comprehensive documentation across all datasets used for business reporting.
- • Define, document, and maintain key business metrics and underlying business logic in partnership with stakeholders to establish and uphold a single source of truth.
- • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and persuasively to non-technical audiences, including leadership, to influence strategic priorities and operational execution.
- • Manage a dynamic mix of ad-hoc analyses and planned reporting initiatives, balancing competing priorities while maintaining transparent communication on timelines and deliverables.
- • Continuously improve analytical workflows, data models, and reporting standards to elevate the quality, reliability, and impact of the Data & Analytics organization’s output.
- • Translate raw data into compelling visualizations and narratives that uncover trends, identify opportunities, and highlight risks impacting revenue, marketing effectiveness, and financial performance.
- • Work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments to drive analytical projects from problem framing through implementation, iteration, and adoption by business teams.
- • Contribute to a culture of data excellence by promoting best practices in data modeling, metric definition, and analytical rigor across cross-functional teams.
- • Serve as a trusted analytical resource for GTM and Finance teams, providing timely, accurate, and insightful answers to evolving business questions.
- • Ensure alignment between data infrastructure and business needs by actively engaging with stakeholders to understand evolving KPIs and reporting demands.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modern data stack tooling and BI platforms to enhance analytical capabilities and efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a highly analytical role such as strategic consulting or investment banking with deep exposure to Marketing, Revenue, or Finance data
- • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling with proven ability to derive insights from complex datasets and translate them into compelling visualizations and dashboards
- • Familiarity with semantic layer BI tools (e.g., Omni, Looker) and modern data stack tooling (e.g., dbt, Google BigQuery)
- • Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, driving analytical work end-to-end from problem framing through implementation and iteration
- • Solid grasp of data modeling principles, including defining metrics, enforcing business logic, and contributing meaningfully to upstream data structure
- • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences and influence strategic decisions with data-backed recommendations
