- • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to design and execute claims editing solutions, conducting data diagnostics and mapping using Excel and SQL, performing complex analyses to inform reporting and customer solution roadmaps, managing a portfolio of analytic engagements, and delivering clear, actionable findings via PowerPoint presentations.
- • The role operates within Lyric (formerly ClaimsXten), a market leader in healthcare payment integrity with 35 years of expertise, recognized for innovation in pre-payment accuracy and committed to advancing healthcare efficiency through AI and automation.
- • The analyst will develop expertise in healthcare claims processing, managed care operations, and data analytics while contributing to high-impact projects that reduce costs for payers, providers, and patients, with opportunities to lead client engagements and influence product optimization strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6 years of experience in healthcare claims operations, with a focus on claims auditing and adjudication process improvement
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • Expert proficiency (2+ years) with MS Office applications – Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- • Strong project management and organizational skills (2+ years); ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- • Knowledge of healthcare claims coding, including CPT/HCPCS and ICD-10 (2+ years)
