- • Join AuditBoard, a rapidly expanding leader in the audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform market, as a Senior Data Analytics Engineer. With over 50% of the Fortune 500 as clients and consistently high ratings on G2 and Gartner Peer Insights, AuditBoard is at the forefront of innovation, driving clarity and agility for businesses worldwide. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a company recognized by Deloitte as one of North America's fastest-growing tech companies for seven consecutive years.
- • This pivotal role is designed to construct and scale the critical enterprise data foundation that underpins our Post-Sales organization and Product Engineering teams. You will be instrumental in ensuring that robust, well-governed data empowers informed decision-making across the entire customer lifecycle, from initial engagement through renewal and beyond.
- • As a Senior Data Analytics Engineer, you will be a strategic partner, collaborating closely with Customer Operations & Analytics, Enterprise Data Engineering, and Product Operations teams. Your expertise will be sought to design and implement scalable data solutions that address complex business challenges.
- • Your core responsibilities will include designing, building, and meticulously maintaining scalable data pipelines. These pipelines will be responsible for ingesting and transforming data from a diverse array of critical systems, including Salesforce, Gainsight, Rocketlane, Zendesk, Snowflake, product telemetry sources, and other essential business applications.
- • You will develop and refine reliable data models that are crucial for driving key business outcomes. This includes powering sophisticated renewal forecasting, accurate churn prediction, comprehensive customer health scoring, insightful professional services metrics, robust support performance analysis, and detailed product usage insights.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves implementing best practices in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), rigorous data testing methodologies, and thorough documentation. These practices are essential for ensuring that data transformations are scalable, secure, auditable, and maintainable.
- • You will be tasked with optimizing the performance of our data warehouse and overall data architecture. This optimization will focus on enhancing speed, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining high levels of reliability to support our growing data needs.
- • A key collaborative effort will be with our Product and Engineering teams. You will partner with them to design effective telemetry schemas and ensure meaningful product instrumentation. Furthermore, you will build the pipelines necessary to translate raw product usage data into actionable insights that benefit both Product development and Post-Sales strategic initiatives.
- • You will architect advanced data structures specifically designed to support and enable Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning use cases. This includes foundational work for applications such as churn prediction, renewal forecasting, workflow automation, and sentiment analysis, positioning AuditBoard at the cutting edge of data-driven innovation.
- • Implementing comprehensive monitoring and validation frameworks will be crucial for proactively identifying and rectifying data inconsistencies, ensuring the integrity and trustworthiness of our data assets.
- • While not the primary focus, familiarity with using Python for basic to advanced data processing tasks will be beneficial in augmenting your data engineering capabilities.
- • You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining clear documentation for data and system models, creating detailed flow diagrams, and establishing architecture guidelines to ensure consistency and understanding across the engineering teams.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to directly influence how AuditBoard leverages customer and product data to foster growth, safeguard revenue streams, and accelerate product innovation, making a tangible impact on the company's success.
