đź“‹ Description
- • As a Senior Data Engineer at Clario, you will play a critical role in designing and building modern data infrastructure while enabling data understanding and advanced analytics for a clinical technology platform that transforms lives by unlocking better evidence for life-changing therapies.
- • You will architect cloud-native, scalable, and secure data systems in AWS that support regulated clinical environments, ensuring reliable, compliant, and optimized data flows for AI-driven applications and large-scale clinical datasets including imaging studies.
- • Day to day, you will design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured clinical data, develop and optimize data models for analytics and machine learning workflows, and build and maintain cloud-native data architectures within AWS environments using services like S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, and EMR.
- • You will partner closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to explore, understand, and validate data for analytical and AI use cases, perform data exploration and profiling to identify patterns, anomalies, and data quality issues, and support experimentation by preparing, validating, and iterating on datasets used in analytics and machine learning.
- • You will contribute to hypothesis-driven analysis and data experimentation initiatives, develop pipelines that enable data movement, analysis, experimentation, and insight generation, and operationalize and productionize machine learning models developed by Data Science teams.
- • You will ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and regulatory compliance, improve performance, reliability, and scalability of large-scale data platforms, translate business and analytical questions into scalable data engineering solutions, and implement monitoring, observability, and automated validation across data pipelines.
- • You will contribute to data engineering standards, architecture design, and platform evolution, working within a mission-driven team at Clario where purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence, and where your work helps bring life-changing therapies to patients faster through innovative technology and clinical science advancement.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in regulated healthcare data systems, gain hands-on experience with AI/ML data pipelines and generative AI workflows, and grow as a technical leader shaping the evolution of a secure, scalable data ecosystem that powers next-generation clinical analytics and AI innovation.
