Senior Data Engineer

📋 Description

• • Senior Data Engineer responsible for owning and evolving the data pipelines, platforms, and data products that power Narvar’s analytics, ML, and merchant-facing products, supporting post-purchase experiences for hundreds of millions of consumers across 1,500+ brand partners.
• • Day-to-day tasks include designing, building, and operating data pipelines processing terabytes of transactional data daily using Airflow/Composer and BigQuery; owning end-to-end data models for merchant analytics and ML features; building embedded analytics infrastructure; evolving the GCP data platform (BigQuery, Cloud SQL, AlloyDB, CDC); improving data quality through testing, observability, and validation; owning data lineage and metadata; preparing data for agentic and LLM-powered use cases; and collaborating cross-functionally with product, ML, and GTM teams on technical direction.
