  • • As a Senior Data Engineer at Lyric, you will be a pivotal member of our engineering team, tasked with the critical responsibility of designing, building, and maintaining highly performant and scalable data processing solutions.   • • You will be instrumental in developing, rigorously testing, and meticulously managing robust data pipelines. This includes the implementation of sophisticated data validation, cleansing, and monitoring techniques to guarantee that our data is not only accurate and reliable but also consistently up-to-date, forming the bedrock for critical business decisions and AI-driven insights.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve defining and implementing data models and schemas that are not only optimized for current needs but also designed to support the seamless integration and future scalability of our diverse data systems, ensuring our infrastructure can grow with our ambitions.
  • • You will proactively monitor the health and performance of all data pipelines, swiftly troubleshooting any issues that arise and continuously improving system resilience to maintain uninterrupted data flow and operational continuity.

  • • You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining stringent security protocols, ensuring the utmost data privacy and strict compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards, such as HI-TRUST and SOC2.
  • • A commitment to quality and consistency is paramount. You will actively follow and champion best practices in coding, system design, and development methodologies, ensuring a high standard of quality and maintainability across all data engineering projects.
  • • Beyond technical contributions, you will serve as a valuable resource for guidance and support to other team members. You will foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
  • • Conducting thorough code reviews will be an integral part of your responsibilities, providing constructive and actionable feedback to peers to uphold code quality, enhance maintainability, and ensure the scalability of our data systems.
  • • You will play a crucial role in building out comprehensive security and governance frameworks within our cloud data platforms, particularly Snowflake, and other cloud-native solutions, ensuring data integrity and access control.
  • • Your expertise will be vital in developing and consuming RESTful APIs for seamless data integration, enabling efficient data exchange between various internal and external systems.
  • • You will contribute to the establishment and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and robust code management practices, streamlining the development and deployment process.
  • • The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences will be highly valued.
