- • Senior Data Engineer role focused on designing, building, and operating data transformation pipelines and workflows to support AI-powered content classification for brands and advertisers on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and Snap.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining data pipelines in Snowflake and dbt, developing complex workflows using Apache Airflow and Python, and contributing to AI-assisted data visualization and analysis tools.
- • Part of an experienced data engineering team at Zefr, a global leader in AI-powered content understanding with headquarters in Los Angeles and offices across New York, Chicago, London, Toronto, Singapore, and more.
- • Opportunity to deepen expertise in modern data stack technologies, contribute to scalable data infrastructure, and grow technical leadership in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on trust and transparency in social media.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline (BEng/MEng)
- • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data analysis, and/or data engineering
- • Expert in building workflows using dbt and SQL
- • Strong experience with Python
- • Knowledge of systems engineering principles and product lifecycle management
- • Strong communication and collaboration skills
