• • In this senior capacity, you will be tasked with the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of sophisticated data pipelines and lakehouse architectures. Your expertise will be crucial in migrating existing data platforms, specifically from Azure Synapse to Databricks, with a keen eye on enhancing performance, optimizing costs, and ensuring unparalleled reliability. This migration is a strategic initiative aimed at modernizing the data ecosystem and unlocking new analytical capabilities.
• • A core responsibility will involve developing and meticulously optimizing Databricks SQL Warehouses. These warehouses will serve as the backbone for critical analytics and business intelligence workloads, enabling faster insights and more efficient data access for various stakeholders. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining comprehensive semantic models, which are essential for supporting enterprise-wide reporting and empowering self-service analytics across the organization.
