- • Architect the next generation of agentic AI systems that autonomously execute marketing strategies for thousands of small businesses worldwide, turning enterprise-grade capabilities into accessible tools.
- • Design and implement foundational AI data platforms and robust MLOps pipelines capable of handling high-volume model training, evaluation, and real-time inference at global scale.
- • Build end-to-end, production-ready agentic AI systems from ideation through deployment, ensuring reliability, observability, and continuous improvement in a live SaaS environment.
- • Advance ActiveCampaign’s LLM capabilities by leading research and implementation of RAG architectures, fine-tuning strategies, RLHF workflows, and emerging techniques that keep the product on the cutting edge.
- • Conduct deep statistical analysis on billions of marketing touchpoints to uncover causal drivers of campaign success, translating insights into actionable product features and measurable business impact.
- • Partner directly with product managers, designers, and full-stack engineers to integrate AI models into customer-facing workflows, shipping features that materially improve revenue and retention for SMB customers.
- • Champion data governance, privacy, and ethical AI practices across the organization, ensuring models are fair, explainable, and compliant with global regulations.
- • Contribute to Krakow’s new office culture by mentoring junior data scientists, leading internal tech talks, and shaping engineering standards in a flat, collaborative hierarchy.
- • Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape—experimenting with new libraries, papers, and cloud services—then distill findings into pragmatic solutions that ship to production within weeks, not quarters.
- • Own the full lifecycle of experimentation: formulate hypotheses, design A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate quickly to optimize model performance and customer outcomes.
- • Present findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear narratives that influence roadmap priorities and strategic investments.
- • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to gather qualitative feedback, ensuring AI agents solve real-world pain points and deliver delightful user experiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning, with a proven record of shipping production models that drive measurable business value.
- • Demonstrated success architecting scalable data pipelines and ML platforms using Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and advanced SQL in cloud environments.
- • Direct experience with agentic systems, NLP, or deep learning, including RAG architectures, fine-tuning, RLHF, and comprehensive model evaluation frameworks.
- • Strong statistical analysis skills and the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights that influence product strategy.
- • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
