- • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying unaddressed business opportunities, building advanced ML and optimization solutions, designing experiments, partnering cross-functionally to define metrics, delivering ad hoc analyses, translating complex insights into strategic recommendations, and fostering a data-driven culture.

🎯 Requirements
- • Ph.D. or M.S. in a quantitative field with 3+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or a related discipline
- • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience leveraging business intelligence tools to uncover insights and guide strategy
- • Competency in Python, R, or another scripting language for data analysis, modeling, and problem-solving
- • Proven success partnering cross-functionally and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • Experience applying data science to marketplace optimization challenges, including pricing, matching, or supply-demand dynamics
- • Strong foundation in experimental design and analysis with ability to translate findings into business or product decisions
