- • As a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Agentic AI at Tiger Analytics Inc., you will play a pivotal role in designing and deploying next-generation AI-driven analytics solutions that empower Fortune 500 clients to unlock business value from complex data. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s mission of being a trusted global analytics partner, recognized by industry leaders like Forrester and Gartner, by building intelligent systems that automate data workflows and enhance decision-making.
- • You will serve as a technical leader in developing AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, creating tools that automate data retrieval, wrangling, and analysis to solve real-world business problems. This includes prototyping scalable solutions using large language models (LLMs), vector databases, and multi-agent frameworks, ensuring models are accurate, efficient, and aligned with client objectives.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to define problem statements, formulate hypotheses, and translate business needs into technical specifications for AI and ML solutions. You will prepare and analyze diverse datasets—both structured and unstructured—apply machine learning and deep learning techniques, and develop deployable models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), integrating them into analytical data products and tools.
- • You will leverage your expertise in natural language processing (NLP), prompt engineering, and generative AI to design intelligent chatbots, virtual assistants, and image generation systems, while continuously refining prompts and evaluating model performance to ensure relevance, accuracy, and ethical alignment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of overall experience in data science or related fields, with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience as a GenAI Data Scientist working on large language models, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation systems.
- • Proficiency in Python using functional programming paradigms, including expertise in managing dependencies, virtual environments, and version control via Git, with a strong emphasis on writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- • Deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals, natural language processing (NLP), prompt engineering techniques for chatbots and virtual assistants, image generation, and experience working with both proprietary and open-source LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude).
- • Practical experience with agent frameworks such as Langchain, and proven ability to design, implement, and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for efficient information retrieval and context-aware AI applications.
- • Demonstrated experience developing and deploying AI and ML solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including familiarity with services like Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Kubernetes Engine for scalable model serving and data processing.
- • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with massive, diverse data sources—both structured and unstructured—to extract meaningful business insights, engineer features, and validate model outputs in alignment with business goals.
