  • • Analyze product usage and customer lifecycle data to identify behavioral patterns, segmentation opportunities, and growth drivers that influence product adoption and customer outcomes.
  • • Develop and deploy predictive models to forecast customer churn, retention, and expansion, using techniques such as regression, classification, and clustering.
  • • Build and refine customer health scores and predictive signals to enable proactive customer success strategies and reduce attrition.
  • • Apply advanced AI/ML techniques—including advanced segmentation, pattern detection, and NLP where applicable—to extract deeper insights from structured and unstructured data.
  • • Translate complex business questions from Customer Success, Product, and Go-to-Market teams into actionable data science frameworks and analytical solutions.
  • • Collaborate with BI teams to integrate predictive models and insights into dashboards, reporting tools, and operational systems for scalable decision-making.
  • • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments on data-driven strategies.
  • • Partner directly with Customer Success and Product teams to identify opportunities to increase engagement, improve retention, and optimize the customer journey.
  • • Leverage large-scale datasets using SQL and programming languages (Python or R) to conduct end-to-end analysis from data extraction to model deployment.
  • • Stay current with emerging AI and analytics methodologies to enhance existing models and introduce innovative approaches to customer analytics.
  • • Ensure analytical outputs directly inform business decisions, with a consistent focus on measurable impact on customer outcomes and revenue growth.
  • • Work remotely from Oregon, USA, and collaborate across time zones with cross-functional teams to deliver insights aligned with organizational goals.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–7+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or similar roles
  • • Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) or R for data analysis and modeling
  • • Hands-on experience with predictive modeling techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering)
  • • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets
  • • Solid understanding of customer analytics concepts (churn modeling, segmentation, cohort analysis)
  • • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
