📋 Description

• • As a Senior Data Scientist at NIRA, you will design and own credit models across the full credit lifecycle—including decisioning, pricing, bank statements, collections, and marketing—directly shaping business outcomes for a growing fintech lender in India.
• • You will drive projects end-to-end, from exploration and modeling to deployment and monitoring, while translating complex findings for mid-technical stakeholders and collaborating across an international data science team spanning Bangalore, the Philippines, and Mexico.
• • You will join a distributed, mission-driven team at Tilth that uses real-time financial signals and AI tools like Claude to expand access to fair credit for millions of underserved customers worldwide.
