• • Senior Data Scientist, Operations role focused on building analytical and modeling foundations for Member Experience (CX) and Contact Center operations at Function Health, an AI operating system for health empowering people to live 100 healthy years.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing measurement frameworks and north star metrics, performing strategic and operational analyses to uncover insights from member support and health data, building predictive models for demand forecasting, enabling self-service data access through documentation and training, and ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
