📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Data Scientist at Binance.US, you will drive measurable improvements in user growth, engagement, retention, and revenue through rigorous analysis, experimentation, and data-informed product decisions.
• You will own and drive end-to-end product analytics for key consumer-facing products, design and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments, and translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Business leaders to understand user behavior across the full lifecycle, define hypotheses and success metrics, and support strategic deep dives that influence roadmap prioritization and business strategy.
• You will develop and maintain key product KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring metrics, ensure accurate event tracking, and leverage AI-assisted tools and ML techniques to support advanced analysis and product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, or a closely related role in a consumer-facing tech company
• Proven, hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests that led to measurable improvements in metrics like revenue, ARPU, retention, etc.
• Fluency in SQL and proficiency in Python or R
• Strong understanding of experimental design, statistics, and causal inference, including common pitfalls and trade-offs in real-world experimentation
• Experience building compelling dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights (experience with Tableau is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence product decisions through data
