- • Senior Data Scientist role focused on developing machine learning models and data products to advance financial inclusion by leveraging non-traditional data sources for underbanked consumers.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and deploying ML models for risk, fraud, collections, and portfolio management; creating automated monitoring tools; developing reusable data pipelines; leading cross-functional initiatives; and collaborating with compliance and bank partners on model governance.

🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative discipline (Bachelor’s with significant relevant experience considered)
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience with data extraction, cleaning, analysis, and building reusable data pipelines; proficiency in SQL, Spark SQL, and/or Hive
- • 3+ years of experience leveraging modern machine learning toolset and programming languages such as Python
- • Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques including Gradient Boosting, Logistic Regression, and Neural Networks to solve real-world problems
- • Excellent written and oral communication skills
- • Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- • Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced, agile environment
