• • As a Senior Database Administrator at MPS Monitor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our critical database infrastructure, supporting a global leader in Managed Print Services software solutions.
• • You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of high-availability SQL Server environments, encompassing both on-premise and cloud deployments, ensuring our platform operates seamlessly for over 2,000,000 devices worldwide.
• • A core aspect of your role will involve proactive monitoring and performance tuning of our databases. This includes collaborating closely with developers to meticulously review and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and overall data access patterns to achieve peak efficiency.
• • You will design, implement, and rigorously test comprehensive backup and recovery strategies, including robust disaster recovery plans and replication techniques, to safeguard our valuable data assets against any potential disruptions.
• • Upholding the highest standards of data security will be paramount. You will implement and enforce database security best practices, meticulously managing roles, permissions, and auditing mechanisms to protect against unauthorized access and ensure compliance.
