In this critical role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the availability, ensuring the complete restorability, and optimizing the performance of our extensive fleet of database servers that power our production customer SaaS environment, hosted within the robust AWS cloud infrastructure.
- • Your primary focus will be on maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our database systems, which are the backbone of Agiloft's innovative Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP). This platform empowers organizations worldwide to manage the entire contract lifecycle, from proposal and negotiation through signing and strategic leverage, all built upon a foundation of rich contract data.
- • You will be a key collaborator, working hand-in-hand with our talented DevOps Engineers, Application Software Engineers, QA specialists, and product experts. Together, you will proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex performance challenges that arise within our production services, ensuring a seamless and high-performing experience for our valued customers.

This includes, but is not limited to, optimizing indexing strategies, refining SQL queries, and configuring database parameters for peak efficiency.

- • You will also play a vital role in capacity planning, forecasting future database needs based on growth trends and product roadmap, and recommending appropriate scaling strategies.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for problem-solving, a meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on all database-related matters, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- • Agiloft's commitment to employee experience is paramount, reflected in our "EX = CX" philosophy. We foster a supportive and inclusive work environment where diverse perspectives are valued. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a company recognized by top analysts like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC as a leader in the CLM space, known for its high customer satisfaction and renewal rates.
- • This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology, solve challenging problems, and make a tangible impact on a product that is transforming how businesses manage their contracts. You will be part of a growing, vibrant, and successful organization at the forefront of a critical market segment.
