🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or DataOps Engineer with proven expertise in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
- • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases, particularly SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning
- • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and managed data services such as Amazon Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake
- • Demonstrated experience in data migration projects, especially from on-premises SQL Server to cloud environments, including data validation, transformation, and cutover planning
- • Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts (star/snowflake schemas), and data governance principles
- • Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect, and familiarity with CI/CD practices for data infrastructure
- • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or Scala for data transformation and automation
- • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), with ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, geographically distributed team
- • Proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, problem-solving orientation, and ability to work with high autonomy in a flat team structure
